Our home inspection by Mr. Chris Coates was by far the most thorough and professional home inspection we've ever had, and we've had many! Chris made contact very fast and stayed in contact every step of the way, keeping us informed of everything. His inspection report is awesome, compete with beautiful photos and step by step easy to understand ratings and comments starting with the exterior, finishing with the attic and including everything in between. He was a big help to us after our closing with a question I had as well. We would recommend this fine inspector to everyone, he is a 10 plus in our book! And his fee is very very reasonable.
