Chris surveyed both the home I was planning to purchase and the current home I live in that I was preparing to sell. Chris's inspection report on the new home was incredibly detailed and helped me to make informed decisions about what I wanted to negotiate into the purchase and if the home would be able to suit our needs. After moving in I plan to use his report to complete the work that wasn't included in the purchase to get my home into top condition. This report was completed in such a thorough manner, including explaining why the item was called out as a defect, that I decided to get an inspector done on my current home prior to listing. When Chris inspected my current home I was able to be on site while he completed the inspection. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind to my pets who were in the home at the time. During the inspection he regularly gave me updates on what he was seeing, what he would and wouldn't worry about, and changes that I could make that would help sell my home more quickly. He also gave me tips on what is helpful information for both inspectors and buyers to be aware of. Beyond being excellent at his job Chris is a kind person who is enjoyable to be around, is someone I would be comfortable having in my home again, and is someone who I will recommend to friends and family.
