Built Right RV Inspection Services

We hired troy to inspect our 2021 alliance valor 36V11,mid September 2024 . Troy was paid $900.00 When we got it delivered we opened everything up to explore our new home.Left it set up for a weeks went to close it up for winter storage (as we were in the process of finishing/selling our house.) While closing the living room slide it started in soon the left side stopped and timed out, we had to operate it together one push the button and one push the slide. texted the previous owner to ask if there was a" trick" to it.he told me that it was a problem always with it , it had been back twice for repair , and that they did the same thing , Push it in. In the "report " there is video of the opposite slide (kitchen) moving out AND in , how ever the the slide in question only has video of the slide going out, NOT in. Ok nothin is perfect I let it pass . fast forward to spring we sold our house , and moved in to our 36V11. the first time we plugged into the outlet on the island the outlet fell out, or pushed in rather. then I thought well I should probably look closer at everything. got on the roof and and found delamination along the curd side side rail and a soft spot about 20 inches long..lamination seperating on the bathroom slide door , wall separation..........so no I would not recommend troy. they say don't buy without an inspection, but we paid $900.00 for this "inspection."
